Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our Unified Support Team. In this role, you will assist in defining business requirements, creating detailed analyses, and supporting the implementation of changes in our systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with Clients to identify and document business requirements and report findings back to them.
• Create detailed analyses outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.
• Assist with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting as needed.
• Perform quality assurance tasks to ensure solutions meet business standards.
• Help define reporting and alerting requirements and ensure they are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners to optimize and enhance integrations.
• Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes.
• Report on common technical issues, provide recommendations and identify ways to improve monitoring.
• Share key insights and findings with the team to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Look for opportunities to enhance processes, discover issues, and deliver better value to clients

Requirements

• Must be able to start ASAP.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills and tech-savvy.
• Tertiary level qualification in business or a related field; a background in IT/Computer Science is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in business or systems analysis, quality assurance, and data analysis is advantageous.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements, perform testing, and generate process documentation. Experience with data visualization techniques and tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
